DELIVERY:
When will I get my order? Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows (these are guidelines timings could differ depending on postal services at the time of delivery):
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–30 business days

Where will my order ship from?

I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so it depends where you’re ordering from and where there is stock. Best effort is made to fulfill from the closest location to the delivery address.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch at info@ayshabibi.com with your order number.

Wrong Address: If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, or the address is considered as insufficient by the courier, a replacement order can be resent, but shipping will be at your own cost; even if there was an intial shipping offer (regardless whether free or discounted) at the time of the original order.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error will need to be looked into with the print on demand drop-shipper to resolve.

Unclaimed Items Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Print on Demand service facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

ORDERS:

How are your products made? Once I’ve created my authentic artwork, which I do using various mediums / techniques (find out more on my ‘About Page’). I then work with a print-on-demand drop shipper to get this on different suitable products. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, get in touch via info@ayshabibi.com.

*Canvases are always shipped in indivudal packaging even if ordering more than one within an order

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help resolve this for you quickly, please email: info@ayshabibi.com as soon as you’ve received the damaged item/items, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I can then look into this for you, and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. *Note there is no compensation possible if you’ve not done this within 15days of having received the item.

RETURNS:

What’s your return/exchange policy?
Due to being a print on demand store, exchanges are not possible, as each item is produced specific to the order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact info@ayshabibi.com so this can be looked into.

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are considered to those that receive the wrong items or damaged items; and it is clearly evidenced. If any of these apply, please contact info@ayshabibi.com; as soon as possible within 15days of delivery of the item/items, with photos of wrong/damaged items so this can be sorted for you. *Note anything sent in after the 15 day mark is not eligible for any kind of compensation.

No orders are returned for buyers remorse but a consideration will be given to those living in Brazil, (due to consumer rights there). So customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact info@ayshabibi.com, for Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after having receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial - In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Currently, there is 9 separate shipping regions, that I’m able to provide shipping through via the Print on Demand service I use and they are:

  • G, H, I, J, K–Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Kosovo

  • L, M, N–Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands

  • P, R, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden

  • U, V–Ukraine(excluding the Donetsk regions), Vatican City

4. EFTA states

  • Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland

5. Canada
6. Australia/New Zealand
7. Japan
8. Brazil
9. Worldwide

  • All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as the Print on Demand Service Provider doesn’t ship to these destinations. The shipping carriers used also have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping. You can see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage. **Please check to ensure your address / delivery destination is not on there**
